Respondent in all the writ petitions Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned notice dated 26.6.2003 of the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to renew the lease in respect of the shop No.2 (plantain leaf shop), shop No.1 (Flower shop), shop No.4 (cutpiece cloth shop) & shop No.3 (Flower shop) respectively in front of the Arulmigu Sarada Mariamman Thirukkoil, Gobichettipalayam, Erode District in favour of the petitioners by accepting revision of rent not exceeding 22% over and above the present rent.
