The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed in Crime No.326 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 279, 337, 304(ii) of IPC and Section 185 of M.V Act which is pending for committal in P.R.C No.1 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ponneri.
