The track consignment report annexed thereto indicates that notice could not be served on the second respondent because there is no such person at the address. Upon being directed to do so, the petitioner tried to identify the current address but reported that the current address could not be located. This application for substituted service on the second respondent has been filed in the said facts and circumstances. Therefore, the application is liable to be and is, hereby, allowed by permitting the petitioner to effect substituted service on the second respondent by publishing the notice in one issue of the English daily, DECCAN HERALD, and one issue of the Kannada daily PRAJAVANI, specifying the next date of hearing as 15.12.2023. In addition, the petitioner is directed to affix the notice on the Court notice board.
