This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 911 days in preferring the above Writ Appeal against the order dated 15.02.2022 passed in W.P.No.6292 of 2017 on the file of this Court.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 911 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
