The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Thiruvarur, on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.20334 of 2024 by order dated 30.08.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the petitioner had also complied with the condition without fail and also of the fact that the investigation has been completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
