This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 26.04.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.8771 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied the said conditions regularly without fail and the investigation has also been completed by the respondent police.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the conditions regularly without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
