This petition has been filed to modify the condition ordered in Crl.O.P.No.23157 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024 in Para No.6(b) that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further Orders.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition for the past 6 days.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has complied the condition only for 6 days, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
