This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25125 of 2022 dated 17.10.2022.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that, this Court while granting anticipatory bail had directed the petitioner to execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettur. However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is now working as Deputy Tahsildar and he has been allotted with election duty. Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. Considering the said submissions, the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25125 of 2022 dated 17.10.2022 to the effect that the petitioner shall execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate -IV, Salem and shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 05.30.p.m., until further orders. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate -IV, Salem from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above modifications, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is modified. The other conditions imposed on the petitioner shall remain unaltered.
