This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties as per order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11389 of 2024 by order dated 29.05.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that petitioner was unable to comply the condition due to ill health and also considering the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for another one month. Accordingly, ordered.
