The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily 10.30 a.m, until further order imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20838 of 2024 dated 09.09.2024

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every alternate Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two months.
