O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to provide necessary police protection in the petitioner's self acquired property in survey No.63 in Veppur, Ramannavur Village, Gudiyatham, pursuant to petitioner complaint dated 02.12.2017.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 02.12.2017, enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.147 of 2017. He further submitted that during the enquiry, it was informed by both the parties that the matter has been amicably settled between themselves. Hence, recording the compromise arrived, the 1st respondent have closed the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petitioner has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
