This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by order dated 11.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every day at 10.00 a.m until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No. 21567 of 2024 in Cr.No. 76 of 2024

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two months.
