This petition has been filed to relax the anticipatory bail condition that the petitioner report before the respondent police station at 10.30. A.M. on every Saturday until further order was imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 18252 of 2024 on 13.08.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first day of English Calender Month for a period of three months.
