This Miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 23 days in filing an application for restoration of the Writ Petition No.30306 of

2011 which was dismissed for default on 12.07.2024.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court in inclined to condone the delay of 23 days in filing an application for restoration of the W.P.No.30306 of 2011, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court of Madras, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner fails to comply the same, the petition will stands dismissed automatically.
