This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23454 of 2022 in Crime No.203 of 2022 dated 27.09.2022 by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
