When it was pointed out by Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent that the Petitioner has not made any application for granting water supply at commercial rate, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to make fresh application to the concerned authority for granting water supply at commercial rate and pursue his legal remedies before the proper forum in accordance with law and she has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. No costs.
