ORDER

Even though the respondent is served, there is no representation. As the respondent has not shown any interest to represent the matter before this court even though his name is printed in the cause list, H.M.O.P. No.245 of 2018 pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Omalur, is withdrawn from the said court and transferred to Subordinate Court, Harur, Dharmapuri District, to be tried along with H.M.O.P. No.86 of 2018. Sub Court, Harur, Dharmapuri District, is directed to take up both the matters, namely H.M.O.P. No.245 of 2018 and H.M.O.P. No.150 of 2018 and decide the same, as expeditiously as possible, without giving any adjournment beyond thirty working days, at any point of time, in order to bring the issue to a logical end.

2. With the above direction, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
