Mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to dispose the representation given by the petitioner vide letter dated 29.10.2022 by conducting an enquiry particularly in relation to the death certificates and legal heir certificate issued by the 4th and 5th respondent authorities and an enquiry may be conducted on this matter and dispose the representation of the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. Recording the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
