The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 13.06.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.8970 of 2024 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made an endorsement that he is not pressing the petition against the first petitioner.

3. As far as petitioners 2 to 4 are concerned, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) represented that the petitioners 2 to 4 are complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioners 2 to 4 had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners 2 to 4 in toto and this petition is dismissed against the first petitioner. Accordingly, ordered.
