Crl. M.P. No.14144 of 2024 in Crl. O.P. No.22050 of 2024 P. DHANABAL ,J., This petition has been filed to amend the Sections 21(1), 4(1), 4(1)(1A) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and 303 (2) of BNS 2023 instead of Sections 303(2) of B.N.S.

2023 and Section r/w. 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in the order dated 09.09.2024 passed in Crl. O.P. No.22050 of 2024.

2. Considering the submissions putforth on either side the amendment petition is ordered.

3. Since the petition was pending for amendment, time for execution of sureties is extended for another 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
