Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.464/2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the Learned Mahila Court, Special Court for Cases under POCSO Act /Children's Court, Chennai-600 104, made in S.C.No.172 of 2016 by Judgement dated 28.05.2019 and may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.464/2019.

GANESH RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court, to withdraw the criminal miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement in this petition to that effect. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
