PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of suspension issued by the 2nd respondent dated 24.08.2022 in the proceedings in RC.No.2674/B2/2022 and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in the post of Office Assistant (Publication Division), with a further direction to treat the 1/4

period of suspension from 24.08.2022 till the date of reinstatement as one of duty for all purposes and pay the arrears of salary from 24.08.2022 to the date of reinstatement.
