This application has been filed to condone the delay of 108 days in re-presenting the Written Statement of the applicant/3rd defendant in the above Suit.

2. Though the learned counsel for the first respondent/plaintiff submitted that a detailed counter is required to be filed, I am of the view that the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application for the delay is satisfactory.

3. Therefore, the delay in representing the Written Statement of the applicant/3rd defendant is condoned and the application is allowed.
