This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 210 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgement dated 18.11.2024 in Spl.S.C.No.15 of 2020 on the file of the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act cases, Tiruvannamalai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 210 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
