ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition is untenable and the petitioner has to workout his remedy before the appropriate forum.
2. Although the petitioner claims that he is not the borrower; but only promoter of the land belonging to the third respondent, who has borrowed amount from respondents 1 and 2 bank, since the first respondent bank has already obtained an order under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, the petitioner has to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
