ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.03.2026, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner, either in person or through the learned counsel. In order to grant one more opportunity, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 12.03.2026.

2. On 12.03.2026, this Court passed the following orders: "Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner had filed a Memo placing on record that in spite of repeated instructions given to the petitioner and his counsel before the Court below, they have not received any instructions and hence, along with the consent for change of Vakalath, the papers were returned to the petitioner's counsel on 24.12.2025.

2. The Registry is directed to verify if any other counsel had entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner in the above Revision and place a Report before this Court by next date of hearing. The Registry is further directed to delete the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner as shown in the cause list and print the name of the petitioner. 3. List the matter for hearing on 26.03.2026".

3. Again, when the matter was listed on 02.04.2026, though her name was shown in the cause list, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner, either in person or through the learned counsel. In order to grant one more opportunity, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 09.04.2026 under the caption "For Dismissal".

4. Even today, though her name was shown in the cause list, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Hence, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this civil revision petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
