This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of RCOP No.42 of 2012 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Salem.

2. When the matter came up for admission, I sought for a report from the learned District Munsif, Salem. The learned Judge has sent a report stating that the very same petitioner has filed another petition in RCOP No.43 of 2012 for fixation of fair rent.
