Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 18 of 1960 as amended by Act 23 of 1973, to set aside the order and decree dated 19.04.2017 in RCA Sr.No.13791 of 2017, passed by the learned VII Judge, Court of Small Causes Court, Chennai (Rent Control Appellate Authority) rejecting the appeal of petitioner challenging the order and decree dated 17.02.2017 in MP.No.645 of 2016 in RCOP.No.1045 of 2016, passed by the learned XI Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.
