This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records in Crime No.583 of 2011 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instruction would submit that after completion of the investigation in Crime No.583 of 2017, Charge Sheet has been filed by the 1st respondent police before the Judicial Magistrate, Kadpadi.
