The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that petitioners shall report before the Special Court of EC & NDPS Act Case, Erode District on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23469 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Special Court of EC & NDPS Act Case, Coimbatore on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly ordered.
