(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 521 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Even though the delay is calculated from the date of amendment petition, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the actual delay calculated from the date of certified copy is only less than 200 days. Be that as it may, the petitioner has given sufficient reasons for the delay in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, which cannot be discarded. This Court is also convinced with the reasons for the delay. Since proper explanation has been offered by the petitioner showing the cause for the delay, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered. (S.S.S.R., J.) (A.D.M.C., J.) 21.10.2024 mkn
