O R D E R

The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.107 of 2023 pending on the file of Sub Court, Mettupalayam to the Principal Family Court, Chennai. Now, both the petitioner and the respondent were residing at Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she is employed as Nurse at Government Eye Hospital, Egmore, Chennai. The respondent / husband also produced I.D., card that he is employed at Taramani, Chennai.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and for the convenient of both the parties, this Court is inclined to transfer the HMOP.No.107 of 2023 to the Sub Court, Tambaram.

4. In view of the above, H.M.O.P.No.107 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Mettupalayam and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Tambaram to be disposed of in accordance with law and the learned Sub Court, Mettupalayam is directed to send entire records to the Sub Court, Tambaram, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

6. However, the Sub Court, Tambaram is directed to issue notice to the respondent and then proceed the case as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of this order. 18.10.2023 Index : Yes / No AT 3/4
