ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representations dated 18.07.2022, 16.08.2022 and 19.09.2022 seeking to survey the petitioner's land in survey No.80/1, Vadakkananthal Village, Chinnasalem Taluk, Kallakurichi District
2. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

It is the case of the petitioner that originally the subject lands belongs to the family of the petitioner, out of which, certain extent of lands were settled in favour of the petitioner vide the registered partition deed dated 19.03.1977. From the above said lands, the petitioner sold certain 2/6
extent of lands to various persons vide separate deeds, however, in order to demarcate his lands, he made several representations to the respondents on various dates, seeking to survey his lands. However, the petitioner, recently made a representation on 19.09.2022 before the respondents seeking to survey his lands. However, till date, no action has been taken on thes representations made by the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

Though very many grounds have been raised, however, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 19.09.2022 made by the petitioner seeking issuance of patta and pass appropriate orders on the same, within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection to the said order being passed. 3/6

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 4th respondent/Tahsildar to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to the aggrieved parties if any within a period of Twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No Costs.
