This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of the suit in in O.S.No.147 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court at Tindivanam.

2. When the matter came up for admission, I sought for a report from the learned Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam. The learned Judge has sent a report stating that the second defendant has filed I.A.No.816 of 2024 for appointment of advocate commissioner and the same is pending for enquiry. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Taking into consideration the report filed by the learned trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.147 of 2021 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
