This writ petition has been filed to forbear the third and fourth respondents from selling, storing or otherwise dealing with the petrol and other petroleum products either individually or through an Agent or Dealer in the petitioner's premises situate in S.No.327/1 part, Arcot Road, Kodambakkam,

Heard Mr.S.Kanniah, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.Raju, learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the first respondent, Mr.J.Subbiah, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the second respondent, Mr.Abdul Saleem, learned counsel for the third respondent and Mr.T.K.S.Gandhi, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the third respondent had removed the explosive materials, such as Petrol and Petroleum products, as per the directions of this Court, dated 20/3/2019. Page No:3/6

5. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication and accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
