This petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the order dated 06.10.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3687 of 2023 on the file of Special Court under Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors Act, 1997.

2. Today, the learned counsel for petitioner produced a certified copy of the impugned order, against which, the present revision has been filed.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous and the same is closed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for Admission on 30.10.2023 along with Crl.R.C.No.1351 of 2023.
