ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for quashing the FIR in Crime No. 12 of 2016, on the file of the 1st respondent police for the offences under Sections 120 (B) and 420 of IPC.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No. 13 of 2017 on 16.05.2017 and submitted its before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Salem and the case was posted on the next hearing on 17.08.2021, hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner herein has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
