Mr.Bharath, learned counsel, undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the first respondent/first defendant. He seeks time to file the counter affidavit.

The second respondent/second defendant has also been duly served with notice in these applications and an affidavit of service to that effect has also been filed. Despite service of notice, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the second defendant. Therefore, the second defendant is set exparte by this Court.

Post the matter for filing counter affidavit in O.ANos.872 and 873 of 2023 on 30.11.2023.
