COMMON ORDER In all these matters, the writ petitions are filed challenging the impugned orders which refused to grant approval for the punishment of dismissal from service imposed by the management.

2. Therefore, it can be seen that in terms of Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 / Section 56 of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020 the last drawn wages have to be paid by the management. The workmen in the W.M.Ps. have filed affidavits categorically stating that they are not in gainful employment.

3. When these W.M.Ps. came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner-management sought further time to place on record their counter-affidavits. The applications are only for payment of last drawn wages and were filed in the month of August 2025 and are pending for the past four months; therefore, no further time can be granted.

4. These writ petitions were filed in the month of August 2024. Therefore, from the month of August 2024, let the last drawn wages, as prayed 2/4

for by the workmen in the W.M.P, be paid and the arrears under Section 17B shall be paid on or before 25.02.2026. Thereafter, for every consecutive month, before the 10th of every month, the last drawn wages shall be paid.
