Crl.M.P.No.17534 of 2022 Crl.MP.No.17534 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.23982 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 11.10.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23982 of 2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail in Crl.O.P.No.23982 of 2022 dated 11.10.2022 with a condition that the petitioner shall deposit original title deed of an immovable property worth Rs.25,00,000/- at the time of furnishing sureties. Later, the petitioner had filed an application for modification of the condition before this Court stating that he does not own any property and thereby, this Court by order dated 19.10.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.15789 of 2022 had directed the petitioner to furnish the original title deed of an immovable property worth Rs.25,00,000/- either belonging to his wife, friends or relatives within thirty days after coming out on bail. He would submit that the petitioner is now taking steps to furnish the documents and seeks further period of four weeks time to comply with the same.

3. Taking into account the submission made, this petition is ordered and four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to furnish the documents before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, from today and no further extension of time will be granted hereafter.
