The petitioner had already been granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.

285 of 2021 and by an order dated 25.02.2021. The learned Single Judge of this Court had directed that as a precondition the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No. 7 of 2019 registered by the respondent.

The petitioner had not executed the sureties neither she had deposited the sum of Rs. 5,00,000/-.

3. Second Anticipatory bail Application is not maintainable. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
