Plaint under Order IV Rule 1 of O.s.Rules r/w Order VII, Rule 1 of C.P.C., prays for judgment and decree, a) declaring that the first and second plaintiffs are the only legal representatives of the deceased K.V.R.Sastry estate. b) declaring that the plaintiffs 1 and 2 are the absolute owners of the suit schedule properties, having right, title and interest over the same c) directing the defendant to pay the plaintiffs the cost of the suit. JUDGEMENT When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e. 18.11.2024, the Plaintiffs and the defendants 1 to 3 along with their respective counsel are present. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs and the learned counsel for the defendants 1 to 3 jointly submitted that both the parties are settled the matter out of Court by way of Joint Compromise Memo. Accordingly, they have filed a Joint Compromise Memo dated 18.11.2024 which has been duly signed by the respective parties along with their counsel.

2. In the open Court, the Joint Compromise Memo is read and accepted by the respective parties. The said Joint Compromise Memo is recorded.

3. In view of the same, the suit is decreed in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo entered between the parties and the same shall form part of the decree.
