Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 13.09.2021 to carry out necessary corrections in the FMB sketch for her land in Survey No.53/2B situated at Periyapattu Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Kallakurichi District within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 13.09.2021, wherein and whereby she sought for necessary corrections in the FMB sketch in respect of her land in Survey No.53/2B situated at Periyapattu Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Kallakurichi District, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since there is an error in the measurements, the petitioner has given the representation dated 13.09.2021 to carry out necessary corrections in the Pg.Nos.2/5

FMB sketch for the subject property, no action was forth coming from the third respondent and hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 to 4 and submitted that third respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2021 and decide the matter on merits and in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.09.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties including respondents 5 and 6 herein, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pg.Nos.3/5

There shall be no order as to costs.
