Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 20.06.2024 and consequently direct the respondents to conduct the survey in Survey Nos.323/1, 335/3, 323/2B, 261/2B, 261/4, 267/2A1, 267/2A1C, 267/2C, 267/2C2C, 283/5A, 267/1B2 1/5

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct the survey of property situated in survey Nos.323/1, 335/3, 323/2B, 261/2B, 261/4, 267/2A1, 267/2A1C, 267/2C, 267/2C2C, 283/5A, 267/1B2 and 273/3D, Paramanthal Village, Chengam Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, by considering his on-line application dated 13.06.2022.

2. By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that his father settled the property 2/5

situated in survey Nos. 323/1, 335/3, 323/2B, 261/2B, 261/4, 267/2A1, 267/2A1C, 267/2C, 267/2C2C, 283/5A, 267/1B2 and 273/3D in favour of the petitioner and her sister under registered settlement deed dated 17.05.2012. The petitioner submitted an on-line application dated 25.05.2022 seeking survey of the property situated in survey Nos. 323/1, 335/3, 323/2B, 261/2B, 261/4, 267/2A1, 267/2A1C, 267/2C, 267/2C2C, 283/5A, 267/1B2 and 273/3D and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Mr. D. Gopal, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the on-line application of the petitioner would be considered on its own merits and appropriate orders will be passed.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the third respondent to consider the on-line application of the petitioner dated 25.05.2022 and pass final orders, after issuing notice to all interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
