The learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Special Counsel appearing for the respondent, submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.17911 of 2023, dated 12.07.2023 has been compiled with by the respondent.

2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
