Respondent(s) PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2024 and pass orders upon the same within a time frame as fixed by this Court with respect to the lands in the SF. No. 134/5, 133/1, 133/3, 133/6, 133/7, 75/4, 132/2 in Mayyur Village, Arani Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, measuring a total extent of 4.29 cents.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner had applied for issuance of patta for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition through her representation dated 24.06.2024. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3.Till date, counter has not been filed by the respondents. 4.Learned counsel for the respondent, on instruction would submit that the petitioner had not submitted an online application before the 3rd respondent seeking for issuance of patta. The petitioner has to necessarily submit an online application, so as to enable the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation.
5.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner is allowed to submit a fresh online application before the 3rd respondent seeking for issuance of patta in her name and a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objection of the neighbouring land owners, if any and any other third party whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of patta.
7.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the 3rd respondent, seeking for issuance of patta for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, in favour of the petitioner, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said application within the stipulated time, the 3rd respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objection from the neighbouring land owners, if any and any other third party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter.
