ANAND VENKATESH., J ssr 2.In view of the fact that the Civil Revision Petition that was filed in CRP No.3892 of 2022 against the order dismissing the application filed to condone the delay, was dismissed by an order dated 29.11.2022, nothing survives in this appeal and accordingly, the same is closed. 3.The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that already an SLP has been filed against the order dismissing the Civil Revision Petition. Subject to the result of this SLP, it is left open to the appellant to revive the claim at the future point of time. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
