This petition is filed to condone the delay of 820 days in filing the petition to set aside the impugned order dated 09.03.2020, in M.C.No.18 of 2017, passed by the learned Family Court, Judge, Chengalpattu.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.

4.Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if it is otherwise in order and post the criminal revision for admission next week and print the name of the respondents in the cause list.
