ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police viz., the Inspector of Police, Kelambakkam Police Station, Kancheepuram District, to take further action in the above matter based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein on 08.10.2019 and on the basis of CSR.No.976 of 2019 issued by the 2nd respondent police on the same day i.e., on 08.10.2019.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 08.10.2019, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 10.11.2019. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
