ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 27.09.2024, 24.06.2025 and 05.08.2025, within time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The fourth respondent is the wife of the petitioner and their matrimonial tie has already been dissolved by a decree of divorce in the year 2022 itself. However, the fourth respondent by getting Call Details Records, spreading false news to his relatives and friends. Hence, seeks a direction to the third respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner and pass Orders on the same.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that the representations of the petitioner have already been considered and the same have been closed.

4. In such view of the matter, it is well open to the petitioner to take proper recourse for claiming damages before the appropriate forum.
